Terveystalo had ventured into ecommerce and digital sales a few years ago and managed to grow astonishing results with their own in-house team. For 2023, it was time to set the growth targets to a more ambitious level, and that’s when Costa came to help.
Given the ambitious goals, we needed to recognise together a holistic action plan which covers all the bases and is truly prioritized for growth in the upcoming financial year.
Our collaboration started with a current state analysis of digital sales and marketing. We analyzed previous activities, reviewed future plans and held one-to-1 interviews with the team to pinpoint areas for further analysis.
Based on the interviews and desk research we put together an agenda for the workshop. Given the business goals for 2023 and gaps recognised in our holistic analysis, we aimed to generate actionable, concrete items to complement the existing roadmap. The workshop yielded 100+ ideas and opportunities to further improve their eCommerce activities.
The intense, two-week collaborative sprint culminated into a crystallization of 10 key development areas. Ideas from the workshop were vetted, prioritized and sharpened into 60+ concrete backlog items and placed on an initial roadmap. For Terveystalo, our collaboration validated many key concerns and provided a holistic, multi-disciplinary analysis of what needs to be done, why and what is the expected business impact.
Having reviewed the action plan, it is now time to advance towards implementation. Costa Commerce continues to collaborate with Terveystalo as an ongoing partnership to drive continuous digital commerce success.
